Sports are an important part of school life that can promote physical and mental health, social skills, discipline, time management, leadership, and academic success.

NIPS trains up their students to take part in various sports competitions such as Sahodaya tournaments, Inter-School Sports Meet, CM Trophy, CBSE Clusters, etc. and students cherish their winning in various sports and games under different categories and bagging overall championships.

The Coaching Team of NIPS provides various opportunities for students to enhance their spirit of sportsmanship, organizational skills, and leadership and teamwork, boosting their self-esteem and  physical and mental well-being.

Skating

Roller skating is a fun way to get exercise. It can strengthen your body, improve your mental health, and build strength, flexibility, and agility.

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a very good martial for children because if you start early, you can learn basics very quickly and rapidly advance up the ladder and achieve your belt promotions.

Abacus

Abacus learning is important for children especially in the early stage of childhood as it plays an instrumental role in molding a fully functional brain and developing other cognitive skills immensely well.

Archery

Archery teaches kids how to concentrate, how to maintain and increase their attention span.

Music

Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor language, and overall literacy.

Dance

Engaging in aerobic exercises such as dancing can reverse the volume loss in the hippocampus. Western Dancing also gives you a mental escape. We all require a “mental break” from time to time.
